The flours we have selected for you exclusively derive from grains cultivated in the territory of Matilda of Tuscany, we propose stone milling, which allows past traditions to converge with today’s technology, giving us flavours and aromas truly worthy of the term "excellence", maintaining all the nutritional properties that make flour one of the fundamental pillars of our nutrition. Since flour can certainly not be mentioned as our favourite dish is, it is undoubtedly true that flour is likely to be the protagonist of that dish. It features its soul, characterised by an impalpable consistency.
